Remark:1. Applicants are not required to submit and process their applications in person;
2. The validity of the related certificates depends on the requirements of the relevant authorities or institutions;
3. The certificate is not renewable. A new application must be filed each time;
4. The certificate must be collected by the applicant in person at the IACM;
5. For those with mobility difficulty, applications must be submitted with certification documents issued by a doctor or a relevant statutory body;
6. In special circumstances, the applicant may produce a certificate of existence which conform with the statutory requirements of the local government.
