3. Construction or engineering companies which have won a bid for a construction project and  require to apply for ships to assist in related construction;

Required Document:1. Miscellaneous application form(format V1/DET);
2. I.D. photocopy (original copy to be presented);
3. Photocopies of all the latest supporting documents of its establishment, if the applicant is a  juristic person(original copies to be presented for verification);
4. Photocopy of valid certificate of navigation;
5. Photocopies of the crew list and their certificates of competence ;
6. For construction works, an application letter,  proof of construction accepted and construction floor plan (except for renewals) must be submitted;
7. Original copy/certified copy of the authorisation form, for authorised port call application for vessels;
8. Photocopy of the miscellaneous licence; (to be submitted for renewal);
9. Original copy of a sea dumping permit (if necessary)(original copy to be presented for verification);
10. Other necessary documents.

Remark:Notice for application
1. Firecrackers:
- licence must be applied at least 7 working days before the day of setting off firecrackers;
- The application is considered successful, if the applicant do not receive any notification from the Marine and Water Bureau 48 hours prior to the set-off of firecrackers;
2. During the Chinese New Year, licences are not required in designated areas to set off rockets and fireworks;
3. During the Chinese New Year, permits are not required in designed areas to set off firecrackers.
