Target Groups and Application Eligibility:Those who intend to apply for the export of plants
Required Document:1. Application form (001/SZVJ), which is available in all Service Centres free of charge and can be downloaded from the IACM website)
2. A legible photocopy of identification document
3. For plant species subject to the regulation of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES), a legible photocopy of the CITES certificate issued by the Macao Economic Services must be obtained for submission.
Note: After the application has been approved, the relevant plant(s) must be sent to the Department of Gardens and Green Areas in Seac Pai Van Park for inspection.
Document must be presented:1. Original of identification document
2. For plant species subject to the regulation of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES), the original of the CITES certificate issued by the Macao Economic Services must be produced.
