Relevant Service (Relevant Information):To receive the request of the citizen who is of the opinion that his/her labour rights and interests are infringed and file a case for investigation; to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both employer and employee by obtaining evidence and conducting investigation into the case.
Target Groups and Application Eligibility:Local and non-resident workers
Application Approach:By visiting Avenida do Dr. Francisco Vieira Machado, nos. 221 a 279, Edifício Advance Plaza, 1st floor of the Labour Affairs Bureau, Macau, in person, or in written form, by e-mail, by fax.
  
Required Document:1. Photocopy of complainant’s identity document;
2. Document with the correct address (e.g., water or electricity bill of present living place);
3. Particulars of employer, including name, contact number, address, etc.
Supplementary Document:Photocopies of the documents which would contribute to the solution of the related problems

Quality Criteria:Services --- Performance Pledge
1.“Complaint Receipt” issued to a complainant who lodges a complaint after making an enquiry --- immediate
2.Denunciation and complaints --- to be received within 20 minutes(1)
3.A written notification will be sent to the complainant by post to notify him/her of the name of the inspector in charge of his/her case and whose contact number --- within 5 working days (2)
4.Notifying the complainant and the related entities whether the case has been sent to court or not, or the case has been filed due to inadequate evidence---within   10 working days
5.Notifying the complainant of the court’s verdict regarding the complaint---within 10 working days
6.Notifying the complainant of the items of compensation that he/she shall receive--- within 10 working days(3)
7.Having enquiries or contact with the inspector in charge of the complaint through 28400333---within 3 working days

(1) Except when the case needs further legal study or the inquirer has to be directly received by a legal consultant
(2) a.  Upon receipt of a complaint letter with the sender’s explicit mailing address
     b.  When there are new matters originated from the existing complaint case which need to be handled by opening a new case
     c.  When the change of person in charge of the case occurs
(3) Within 10 working days after knowing the compensated amount has been deposited in the Bureau’s bank account
